Implementation and Health Check Services

nFXpert Full Start
This comprehensive initial deployment package focuses on getting a midsize to large multi-site installation into production on a complex and heterogeneous environment. This package includes onsite installation at up to two sites and multiple remote locations. This involves installation and configuration of nFX One components, and Enterprise database partitioning with performance optimization.

The package also provides User- and Admin-level training that will help them to use and administer the product effectively.

nFXpert Quick Start
This initial deployment package is focused on getting a smaller-scale deployment operational quickly. The Quick Start package includes installation, configurations and performance optimization for a single site containing up to 10 network devices and 50 servers and desktops. The nFXpert Quick Start package is specifically designed to realize rapid return on investment in nFX One technology.

The package also provides User-level training that will get the security team up to speed quickly.

nFXpert Post-Implementation Services

nFXpert Health Check
Health Check service is performed monthly or quarterly based on the organization’s specific requirements, provides an in-depth analysis of the performance of your nFX One deployment, and makes recommendations for optimization based on new technologies, policies and processes. The service also includes implementation of the latest upgrade of your nFX One solution to ensure that you have the most up-to-date product available, helping maintain a robust 24x7 security infrastructure.

Midsize customers can subscribe to an annual contract that includes four three-day, on-site Health Check services.

Enterprise customers with more complex environments can purchase a package that includes 12 three-day Health Check services throughout the course of the year.
