By coupling your nFX Cinxi One appliance with our Remote Implementation Service, you can reap all of the benefits of traditional professional services, but without the extensive cost or effort. Combining robust SIM and Log Management technology, Cinxi enables easy set-up, tuning and maintenance, thanks to a powerful but intuitive user interface.
Cinxi Remote Implementation Service is a high-touch process that includes everything you need to quickly get up and running with Cinxi, collecting data, protecting your assets and ensuring compliance in a mere couple of hours.
Using telephone calls and Microsoft LiveMeeting remote screen sharing service, your dedicated Cinxi Engineer will guide you through the process and is available to answer your questions. The entire implementation and optimization process takes 30 days from when you receive your Cinxi appliance.
The Cinxi Remote Implementation Service Process:
- Prepare: Your Cinxi Engineer will work with you to identify your specific security and compliance goals and discuss the complete implementation process. A kick-off briefing is conducted even before your Cinxi appliance arrives.
- Implement: During an in-depth two hour call, your Cinxi Engineer will walk you through appliance configuration, device integration, and setup. You will be given a complete product tour, tutorial session and shown how to perform common system tasks and evaluation tests.
- Train: Shortly after implementation, your Cinxi Engineer will conduct a two hour remote training session for you and your team, complete with training materials and practice use cases.
- Optimize: A week after your training session, your Engineer will call you to review system performance and confirm that your correlation rules and reports are working properly. Additional system tuning or training can be provided on
this call.
- Review: To ensure thee success of your Cinxi project and provide any additional implementation guidance, we will conduct a review call in the weeks following your optimization session.
- Support: Our experienced and responsive support team is available to you throughout the implementation process and beyond.
Upon completion of the Cinxi Remote Implementation Service, you can:
- collect logs from devices and hosts throughout your network and confirm
their integrity
- correlate events for pro-active security alerting
- conduct investigations into security incidents through a case management
life cycle
- generate reports for investigations, management, and auditors
- add new devices, system users, and custom correlation rules
