
Success as President During Past Three Years Leads to Top Executive Management Role
Edison, NJ – January 08, 2007 – netForensics, Inc., the pioneer and recognized market leader in Security Information Management (SIM), today announced the appointment of Dale Cline to CEO effective immediately. Mr. Cline has served as the company’s President since 2004 and helped lead the company to a record year of growth in 2006. In his new role as President and CEO, Mr. Cline is responsible for overseeing and directing all aspects of the company’s worldwide business.

Prior to joining netForensics, Dale was President of Knowledge Products, a division of Global Knowledge. Dale oversaw the growth and expansion of Knowledge Products' flagship product - OnDemand Personal Navigator. He also served as President and Chief Operating Officer at InfoRay Inc., a provider of cross-enterprise supply chain event management solutions, and held several executive-level positions at Network Associates including Vice-President of Worldwide Channels and President of the Americas Organization.
Former CEO Dennis Cline will retain his seat on the Board of Directors. In addition, he will assume the role of Executive Chairman.
