Dale Cline, President and CEO
Dale Cline has over 20 years experience in international sales, marketing and corporate management. Dale serves as President and Chief Executive Officer of netForensics, Inc where he is responsible for setting the company's strategic direction and leading its growth as a global provider of enterprise-security information management solutions. Prior to joining netForensics, Dale was President of Knowledge Products, a division of Global Knowledge, where he managed the growth and expansion of Knowledge Products' flagship product, and prior to that, served as President and Chief Operating Officer for InfoRay Inc., a provider of cross-enterprise supply chain event management solutions.

Earlier in his career, Dale worked for Network Associates, where he served in various roles including Vice President of Worldwide Channels and President of the Americas Organization; as President of MediaPath Technologies, a software company based in Israel, and in software and sales management at Microsoft Corp.

Dale holds a Bachelor's degree from Rutgers University and a Master’s degree from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.

Frank Pinello, Executive Vice President, Worldwide Field Operations
Frank Pinello brings over two decades of international enterprise software experience to netForensics.

As Executive Vice President, World Wide Field Operations, Frank is responsible for overseeing the company's world wide sales organization, professional services, and the customer advocacy group. Prior to joining netForensics, Frank spent two years at Mercury Interactive as VP of the Mid-Atlantic region, and prior to that, six years at Network Associates where he oversaw a team of 280 people and dramatically grew revenues. His most recent position at Network Associates was as Vice President of European Operations. In this position, Frank was chartered with consolidating the sales force and the channel in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) after a period of more than ten acquisitions.

Prior to Network Associates, Frank held senior positions at Legent and Applied Data Research. At Legent, Pinello was Vice President of Northeast Sales. At Applied Data Research, he was Vice President of International Operations, EMEA, responsible for overseeing all reseller activity in Europe.

Tracy Hulver, Executive Vice President, Marketing and Product Management
Tracy Hulver has over two decades of experience in the computer security industry. As Vice President of Marketing and Product Management, Tracy is responsible for driving netForensics corporate and product strategy and all aspects of netForensics's global marketing activities including web presence, branding, analyst and media relations, and lead generation. Prior to joining netForensics Tracy was Senior Director of Product Management at Cybertrust where he was responsible for the company’s vulnerability, compliance, and risk management products. Before Cybertrust, Tracy was Director of Product Management at McAfee Security where he was responsible for McAfee’s anti-virus, firewall, anti-spam, anti-spyware and privacy products. He is a member of the Computer Security Institute, the National Cyber Security Alliance, and recently served on the Department of Homeland Security’s National Cyber Security task force.

Dave Olander, Vice President, Engineering
Dave Olander has over 25 years experience in computer technology product development. As Vice President of Engineering, Dave is responsible for leading the netForensics product development team.

Dave joined netForensics from Raritan, where as Director of Engineering and System Test he instituted new engineering processes to accelerate delivery of Raritan's 2nd generation digital KVM switch. Prior to Raritan, Dave was responsible for engineering and release management for the Tuxedo product at BEA and overseeing the development and initial release of the Java application development platform at Improv Technologies. Prior to Improv, Dave spent nearly 20 years in UNIX operating system product development, holding various engineering management positions at AT&T Bell Laboratories, UNIX System Laboratories, Novell and HP. As Director of Engineering at HP, he led the port of HP-UX to the Itanium Processor Family architecture. He started his career developing UNIX operating system software at AT&T Bell Laboratories.

Dave holds an MS in Computer, Information and Control Engineering from the University of Michigan, and a BS in Computer Science from Clarkson University.

Sayi Tigadi, Vice President, Technical Services
As Vice President of Technology Services, Sayi brings 17 years experience in quality assurance, technical support, product engineering and service delivery. Sayi joined netForensics in 1999 as the head of the Technical Support division. Prior to joining netForensics, Sayi headed the NMS and Security Division of Network Solutions India and worked in Aspect Development India as a Component Engineer. Sayi started his career in quality control division of Indian Space Research Organization. Sayi is a GIAC certified forensics analyst and holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Karnatak University in India.
