Dale Cline

Chief Executive Officer

Dale serves as Chief Executive Officer of netForensics, Inc where he is responsible for setting the company's strategic direction and leading its growth as a global provider of enterprise-security information management solutions. Prior to joining netForensics, Dale was President of Knowledge Products, a division of Global Knowledge, where he managed the growth and expansion of Knowledge Products' flagship product, and prior to that, served as President and Chief Operating Officer for InfoRay Inc., a provider of cross-enterprise supply chain event management solutions.

Earlier in his career, Dale worked for Network Associates, where he served in various roles including Vice President of Worldwide Channels and President of the Americas Organization; as President of MediaPath Technologies, a software company based in Israel, and in software and sales management at Microsoft Corp. Dale holds a Bachelor's degree from Rutgers University and a Master’s degree from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.


Brenda Jaeck

Chief Financial Officer

As CFO, Ms. Jaeck oversees all financial and administration aspects of netForensics. Prior to joining to netForensics, she had a private consulting practice where she acted as CFO and interim CFO for technology entities. Previously she was the CFO of Broadway Television Networks and of AirMedia. She was also the Executive Vice President, CFO and later President of Above Software, a company she co-founded. Additionally Ms. Jaeck was an adjunct professor of Business Management at Pepperdine University. She holds a Bachelor Degree from Rochester Institute of Technology and an MBA from Pepperdine University.


Chad Skipper

Chief Security Officer

As Chief Security Officer, Chad is responsible for defining the vision of the nFX One product line and Managed Service Provider solutions such as Infrastructure-as-a-Service and Logging-as-a-Service. Chad leads the netForensics product management team and oversees strategic engagements with both MSP and technology partners.

Previously, Chad was a member of the Cisco product management organization orchestrating the strategy and delivery of Cisco's Remote Management Services for Security, IronPort's Hosted Email Security Services, Cisco Security Manager and Cisco MARS. Prior to Cisco, Chad held security engineering positions at Symantec, Trident Data Systems and is a veteran of the United States Air Force.


Frank Pinello

Executive Vice President, Worldwide Field Operations

As Executive Vice President, World Wide Field Operations, Frank is responsible for overseeing the company's world wide sales organization, professional services, and the customer advocacy group. Prior to joining netForensics, Frank spent two years at Mercury Interactive as VP of the Mid-Atlantic region, and prior to that, six years at Network Associates where he oversaw a team of 280 people and dramatically grew revenues. His most recent position at Network Associates was as Vice President of European Operations. In this position, Frank was chartered with consolidating the sales force and the channel in Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) after a period of more than ten acquisitions.

Prior to Network Associates, Frank held senior positions at Legent and Applied Data Research. At Legent, Pinello was Vice President of Northeast Sales. At Applied Data Research, he was Vice President of International Operations, EMEA, responsible for overseeing all reseller activity in Europe.


Dave Steidle

Vice President, Technology

As Vice President, Technology, Dave is responsible for managing the design, development, delivery and support of all netForensics products. His role includes advising the netForensics board of directors on all aspects of technology-driven market changes. He is particularly knowledgeable on the alignment of IT technology to serve business aims with emphasis on improving the communication and use of information in business processes. Dave serves on the advisory councils for The Cloud Security Alliance and New Jersey Technology Council.

Prior to this position, Dave was the Director of Product Management for netForensics, responsible for driving the strategy for netForensics' suite of products and product roadmaps. Dave began his career in product management roles with OnDemand Software, Inforay and DirectWeb. He also served as New Jersey State Assistant Inspector General, Technology. Dave has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from East Stroudsburg University.
