

Dennis Cline
Executive Chairman of the Board, netForensics, Inc.
Dennis Cline has been an active netForensics board member since 2004. Prior to joining netForensics as CEO, Dennis served as managing partner at DMC Investments, which he founded in 2000, and as CEO of DirectWeb, a provider of computer hardware and Internet access. He also has served as a senior executive at Network Associates, where he led a sales and marketing organization that grew company revenues from $30 million in 1994 to $900 million in 1998, and has held sales management positions at Claris and Microsoft Corp.
Ryan Floyd
General Partner, Storm Ventures
Prior to becoming a general partner of Storm Ventures in October 2000, Ryan directed the business development activities at E-TEK Dynamics (now JDS Uniphase) where he focused on building strategic OEM and customer relationships, scaling E-TEK's manufacturing operations and directing the company’s equity investing and acquisition activities. Prior to joining E-TEK, Ryan was with Summit Partners, a private equity firm, where he focused primarily on the communications industry, including Summit's investment in E-TEK Dynamics. Ryan received his B.S. and M.S. in Conservation Biology from Stanford University.
Edward G. Sim

Ed Sim is a founding member and Managing Director of Dawntreader Ventures, a venture capital firm that invests in software, Internet and digital media companies. Prior to joining Dawntreader Ventures, Mr. Sim worked at New York-based Prospect Street Ventures, and with J.P. Morgan's Structured Derivatives Group on developing a real-time trading program for global asset allocation. Mr. Sim graduated from Harvard College with a degree in economics and holds the CFA designation.
Mr. Sim currently serves as a Director of DeepNines Technologies, Greenplum, netForensics, and Answers Corporation (Nasdaq: ANSW). He is a former director of Expertcity (acquired by Citrix, Nasdaq: CTXS), Moreover Technologies (acquired by Verisign, Nasdaq: VRSN), LivePerson (Nasdaq: LPSN), and Flashbase (acquired by DoubleClick, Nasdaq: DCLK).
